we absolutely love pizza ranch! but one small complaint is the last three times we’ve been there the mashed potatoes could be sucked up with a straw,. otherwise they chicken is always hot and moist, lot of varieties between the salad bar, pizza, breadsticks and the hot bar of chicken, potatoes, digging, vegetables, gravy etc. staff that we’ve met have been smiling, helpful, cleaning off tables pretty fast, cleaning skills of the floor, ensuring the food area is clean. we’ll be back

I don’t know how the staff at this location does it dealing with all these insane customers. Great staff. If your budget can a for it, maybe hire a person just to hand out chicken. We witnessed one person putting 6 pieces of white meat on his plate and he was by himself. YIKES.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. I used a birthday reward from the app and was also surprised with my own giant cookie with Happy Birthday written on it! Two staff members said Happy Birthday as we ate. Table was cleared off quickly and food was hot and refilled quickly. We love the Christian music playing. Not one bad tasting item on the buffet. Sometimes the salad bar veggies differ from visit to visit. A little too much sage in dressing the one time; otherwise usually it’s very good!

It’s a typical pizza ranch with being a pizza buffet but the fried chicken is really the best part. However, every time we visit the staff are always incredible. We come usually once a month or so because we have kids who love it. Tonight we went and there just so happened to be a school group eating too. They stayed on top of keeping the buffet full and ensuring everyone was getting what they needed while also clearing tables and working the front. May be biased since it’s our usual location but they really do a great job.

What a pleasant dining experience. The service is fast, fresh food was always available, the restaurant was clean. The food was delicious! My only comparison is CiCi’s and this blows CiCi’s out of the water! Thank you Pizza Ranch, you helped make a date with my wife feel new.
